Minimum stay 2 nights throughout the most part of the year and 3 nights minimum from Dec 20 to Jan 31
Please sign and return the Short Term Rental Agreement prior to your stay. This is a condition of your booking being accepted. NOT a party venue.
The rental party must consist of an adult who is 21 yrs +who will be present at the property at all times. Children must have a parent/guardian stay.

The path to the house was VERY step.This made access to the property somewhat difficult, and even more do during check-in and check out.A carving knife would be a useful addition to the kitchen.The views were fabulous and the reason for booking this accommodation.
