It's my job to make sure you have the best time on your trip to VEGAS. I will be less than one mile away and able to come over to help with anything from a question about the firesticks to how to use the washing machine. I provide water and snacks upon your arrival. So you can refresh before you get your bearings. I also leave a list of the best things to do, the best clubs and best restaurants. All my favorite places I've learned about after 10 years living here. Property has been reduced to account for incorrect short term tax if applied. Once that is paid by guest and disputed by host, the amount of tax to default to host to cover rent reduction.
Why they chose this property
This is a monthly rental, no cleaning fee. Exceptional private backyard oasis. Gazebo has lounging/napping furniture. 8 anti gravity loungers surround deep pool. Super fun to dive/cannon ball into the deep 13" end. Extra long pool, you can play water volleyball. Large exterior dining table with 6 chairs. Huge grill, ping pong table. Croquet, badminton, corn hole--lots of games.
House has NEW AC June 2020 2 new 3 ton units. Beautiful kitchen, new self closing cabinets/drawers and gorgeous granite. All NEW Stainless steel appliances. Outside shower is super fun for kids after the pool or adults who need to take a quick shower while the 2 bathroom showers are being used. HUGE outside grill....with side burner--grill everything at once for 14 people. Price reduced to account for short term tax incorrectly applied. Guest agrees that tax will default to host after host disputes tax, because of rental reduction.

What makes this property unique
Blocks to Summerlin, 4 miles to RED ROCK park, less than a mile to highway to the strip. 10 minutes or less to downtown VEGAS, about 20 minutes to Mandalay Bay or south strip and Raiders Stadium. Trader Joes, Winn Grocey less than a mile. Incredibly centrally located. Large lot--affords privacy and quiet. Parking for 5 cars / 2 rv's can park in large triple driveway. My neighbors are amazing.
