The property is perfectly located within Paihia, close to all facilities yet very private. The photos understate the quality of the apartment. Very well equipped kitchen, furnishings and bedding plus a stunning view over the Bay to catch the sunrise. Thank you Kay and Wayne for a fantastically comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Awesome property in a great location and the under cover parking is a bonus. Walking distance to supermarket, Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Paihia wharf. House is immaculately clean, very well equipped and the views from deck and living areas are outstanding. Kay is a wonderful host.

Absolutely gorgeous views from every room. Deck is huge with plenty of seating . The apartment is very nicely appointed and the furniture and beds are comfortable. Everything was spotless. Easy and beautiful walk to restaurants . We loved Kay's house and highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our one month stay. The property was very well stocked, extremely clean and comfortable. Our hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had and to let them know if we needed anything. We were a pleasurable 10 minute beach walk to downtown Paihia, the Treaty Grounds, and a five minute drive to the golf course. The views were amazing! We will look forward to returning as this property is a gem in every respect!

Kay and Wayne are great hosts and are very quick to respond in communicating.The apartment is large and tastefully furnished, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean throughout. There are many lovely features, a spacious kitchen and lots of home comforts. The view, the sound of the waves on the beach and the bird song just add to the wonderful ambiance of this place. We felt right at home.

Fantastic place to stay

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house and the views have to be seen to be believed. The house had everything we needed and the location is lovely and peaceful. Would love to come back to stay again

Thank you Kaye and Wayne, we really enjoyed our 4 night stay in beautiful Paihia.The house is spotless, and filled with everthing you need for cooking, comfort etc. The verandah views are spectacular, and the walk into the township is really pleasant. Would recommend!
