The washing machine and whirlpool tub were not working. Contacted host-told would not be fixed during our stay. Although the house was lovely, it lacked many standard kitchen supplies. The heating was difficult to figure out. Trash cans not located where we were told they were and were not on our property. No guest instruction book. Poor customer service. Have stayed in many rentals from many platforms , this place was beautiful, comfortable, but customer service was lacking.

Arrived after dark but lockbox made for easy access. Very clean facility. Pool and hot tub nearby and easily accessible. Lots of white fluffy towels.
Quiet deck for those who might have to work early mornings.
Well equipped kitchen.

The staff was exceptional!! The house we stayed in was not in the best repair. The jet tub leaked. The oven and the rangetop were not working well. There was a lack of glasses particularly wine glasses. There could have been more kitchen towels available. There could have been better cookwear and utensils. The home was comfortable in its day but could use some up dating. Reguardless of our troubles we really appreciated your staff. They did the best they could under the circumstances!! Would we stay there again? In a heartbeat if these issuses are resolved. Thank you very much!!

This was a pleasant, spacious and accommodating house for our mostly adult family gathering. It was clean & comfortable, with an intriguing layout on multiple levels, and several outdoor sitting areas. The house is attractively and tastefully decorated, and provides the necessities for comfortable stay. The dining room table seats six. The beds are comfy. The location is a short drive from Cape Perpetua. We enjoyed having access to the Adobe Resort pool. The only thing I would advise to guests is to make sure to ask for the checkout procedures well in advance to allow enough time to fit those tasks into your morning checkout process before 10:00 AM. Other than a last-minute rush to get some expected things done, our stay went very smoothly and the house was perfect for our restful family togetherness. Thank you.

Review of Ocean Breeze

Only 6 chairs for dining and we had women in mid 70's. So I guess you need to bring chairs. The fridge shelf was broken and was kinda frustrating, we brought coolers so it worked okay. The laundry, sheets and towels are very toxic with chemical cleaners. Many of us have chemical sensitivity. I usually bring my own towel, sheets bedding etc because of how many poisons are now used everywhere. The lighting was intense LED's everywhere, kitchen dining room, it would be really nice if they had some dimmers or full spectrum light bulbs. There was a very strange rule to have only 3 cars in the driveway, we were 10 of us driving from complete different directions. They said we could park 3 blocks away at near by hotel, but for elderly people just not realistic. We left our cars in driveway and they didn't enforce that rule, but stated it several times. There is a fire place, bring your own wood, they didn't specifically mention this anywhere. There was some kitchen ware, most of pots and pans were Teflon, so bring your own if you don't wish to use that. Sliding doors are very hard to open. Good stuff; we had access to the Adobe Hotel where we could use pool/sauna and hot tub. We also had a super nice mini sauna in rental that got used. Big space with lots of open windows and nice beds. The loft space, is directly above the living room and you can hear everything. Overall, we had a great time and might return if they switched to non toxic cleaning product
