Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. A terrific getaway!The house we stayed in was perfectly set up for us as parents travelling with adult offspring. We had space to be together and have time apart. With plenty of everything from tea spoons to cooking pots and pans we felt instantly at home. Our hosts were very responsive which was appreciated during a peak holiday time.

It's a lovely Queenslander in a great location, with plenty of shops and cafes close by.We stayed with our dog, who had plenty of room to roam in a secure back yard.The home was clean, comfortable and comes with the little quirks that make Queenslanders charming.

I booked months ahead and this was cancelled 24 hours before arrival with no alternative accommodation offered. Finding alternative accommodation for 7 people at such short notice was almost impossible. Extremely unhappy.

We did communicate the situation as soon as it became clear and worked through the appropriate platform processes. While we appreciate how inconvenient this would have been, situations like this are rare and certainly not reflective of the standard experience we aim to provide our guests.
