"The_Garden_Shed" was formally a boat shed that sat around storing furniture, odd bits and pieces for people including a rare ford escort panel van. After much conversation with family and friends who favored a small sports stadium, we decided on providing quality accommodation for couples.

The "boat shed" was moved two meters to it's current location.

The_Garden_Shed is now a cozy one bedroom cottage of 57m2 that internally has all the conveniences you'd expect in modern apartment style living. The kitchen has all (or most) of everything you need including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The lounge has a two seater couch and two lazyboy recliners, a 32 inch TV. There is free wifi with secured encryption.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with side cabinets. The second bedroom is used as owners storage, so not in use at this time.

Externally there is an upper deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

- There is off street parking for two vehicles

THE TOUGH STUFF
- Smoking allowed outside only (please dispose of butts thoughtfully)
- No parties
- No high heals or any other footwear that may damage the polished wooden floorboards. Any damage will demand up to $1,500.00NZD repair fee. Slippers recommended during winter
- Cooking odourish type meals? you must have the fan going and windows open, otherwise a $250.00NZD fee will apply to de-odourise should this be notable after your departure
