Big sunny deck barbecue, music nice and clean five minutes to town may be less. Japaneses gardens close by so is Founders Park. The beds are very comfortable and clean.

INN VIEW is in view relax in the sun or moon light
while away the beautiful days and evenings, in comfort,bus stop at bottom of drive way so is the cycle track or take the kayak out in the water, in one minute may be two.

Had a great time at a great place with a great host. Paul couldn't have been more helpful. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Driveway was steep, but easily drivable. A fantastic spot for anyone wanting to stay in the Nelson area.

Easy access to the city center right by a cycle/walkway into nelson. Close to the road but traffic noise not bad. Nice views over the water. Host very friendly and helpful. True to internet listing. Lots of nice walks and biking options nearby.

Comfortable with lovely view and birdsong

We enjoyed three days using Paul’s house as a base. We all slept well though there is some traffic noise and light pollution that comes with being in a city. Handy location, very close to Nelson, and good walks available from the house. Driveway is surprisingly steep but our two cars were up to the task. The house had more bedrooms (three) than we expected, one is separate from the others, a nice feature.

stunning views, lots of walks nearby, friendly host, very comfortable place to stay with all that we needed. Very steep driveway and proximity to highway (traffic noise) a bit of a nuisance but possibly not an issue for urban dwellers.
