Accommodation matched the pictures and had enough space and amenities for our group. The host was responsive and check in was simple. The only things that slightly let us down were the lower double mattresses on the bunks were very poor quality/old and uncomfortable due to feeling springs all night. There was a bit of dust/spiderwebs around the bedside table in the main bedroom without the ensuite but that was tolerable. The place was reasonably appointed but supplies such as any kitchen pantry items, hand soap in the bathrooms was non-existent. The BBQ was also clean, but lacked a brush for us to be able to clean it thoroughly before check out. Perhaps our expectations were high, but given we paid 10,000 for 4 nights over the Melbourne GP weekend it would have been nice to have hand soap in each of the 3 toilets.

Fantastic location close to city, Albert Park and the beach. Large functional house that was well maintained and spacious living for the large group/family

Truly fantastic stay, excellent location, facilities and host

We had a larger group of family staying together. The area is spacious, modern, clean and so close to everything you need for a holiday. We were able to walk to Crown as well as so many other attractions of Melbourne city. Communication with the host was seamless I highly recommend this Accomodation
