Nestled high on Queenstown Hill relax in the outdoor spa pool while taking in the colours and scenery of the Wakatipu.
This home is centrally located, just a couple of minute drive and a 15 minute walk to down town Queenstown.
Belfast Retreat consists of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people comfortably and is perfect for extended families. Please enquire if your are travelling with small children as there is also a trundle bed available which is suitable for a small child accommodating a total of nine guests.
Belfast Retreat boasts a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening out onto a fabulous, large outdoor area with a dining area, BBQ, outdoor fire and heated spa pool. The most perfect setting for warm summer evenings or place to unwind, soak in the spa pool and watch the sun set after a day on the slopes.
Belfast Retreat also has a double garage and plenty of storage for ski gear or bikes.
This may just be the perfect base for your summer or winter holidays together with family and friends.

Our family holiday home is managed exclusively by Harcourts Holiday Homes and means that they are able to ensure everything in our home is kept up to the highest standards, and while they operate NZ office hours, they are always available to send the appropriate person around to ensure any urgent problem is fixed immediately. Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out. DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking. NO SMOKING POLICY There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside. PETS No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes. SERVICE FEE Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus gst per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.
HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner. We ask that guests staying in apartments please do not hang clothes, beach towels over the balconies and that drying racks are also not put outside or on the decks and balconies, this is a general rule in many of the apartment complexes. The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.

Fantastic spot right overlooking heart of Queenstown and great views of lake. Facilities were excellent, with double parking and an outdoor spa. We couldn't fault it! Is a challenging walk up hill from town, but that's really only proviso I would add! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, close enough to either Uber or walk to town down the hill. The spa pool evenings on the deck were just beautiful. Very well equipped to host the 8 of us. One quirk was the only way to enter the master room is through the bunk room which was a bit tricky with others sleeping. But very comfortable beds and the house was immaculate. Thank you for sharing this amazing home. Very much appreciated - we will be back.

Good for families
Great views and a very nice location. A few issues brought down the review - firewood was not provided for the outside fireplace shown in the photos, bedroom heating was limited and difficult to get right, and we were not sent the check-in details so had to call the after-hours contact. Note the house is not an easy walk into Queenstown central, so we primarily relied on cooking at the house and found the kitchen needed a bit more thought about utensils. Otherwise, the house is really nice and worked really well for us as two families.
Large, warm, well zoned house for multi family group
This house was perfect for our group of a family of 5 and a family of 4 with kids between 5 and 12yrs old. We each had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that were well separated. Large living kitchen and meals spaces also well zoned, plus double lock up garage with direct access to inside. The outdoor fire and spa overlooking Queenstown, the lake and mountain range was a bonus. We also found the location perfect with hire cars as we could bypass the main rd into town early and avoid traffic, but also had access to town from the other side. It's not a brand new home so of course there are things that are not in perfect order but everything worked. Loved it and we will book here again.

Really liked the unit, having the outside area was a nice addition with the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and you can’t beat the view.It’s a 10 min walk into town, obviously harder to walk up the hill.
Property location was good for our group of 8. Close to town but a steep climb back home.
Few maintenance issues which need attention. Shower leaks. Lights switches.

Great place for a big crew, and spectacular views over queenstown. We loved our stay. Only thing was we ordered a portacot and weren’t told that no mattress would be supplied. And the shower in the main bathroom spreads water all over the floors. But in all a great place, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic views.
Fantastic views. Great modern house with all facilities. Loved the outdoor spa and log fire. Plenty of room for our family of five (including three teenage boys). Clean and warm. Easy walk from house into town. The walk back gets the heart pumping though! Took the taxi option a few times (about NZ$12). Location handy for Queenstown Hill walk.
