Our apologies, unfortunately due to ill health our B&B is temporarily closed.

Nestled in the heart of the countryside and yet only forty minutes drive from our capital, Wellington, Arorangi Country Homestay is the perfect choice when you are looking for a much needed break or a place to escape, relax and unwind. Arorangi Country Homestay is the perfect base for walkers, trampers, cyclists, mountain bikers, hunters, fishermen and fisherwomen.

After a long day exploring the local area or returning from shopping in the vibrant city of Wellington, why not kick off your shoes, relax with a glass of local wine and enjoy the peace and views across the Mangaroa Valley. When the sun begins to set and the sky turns to dark blue, look up and study the night sky.

So, if you are looking for a great holiday destination, or you have a special occasion to celebrate, we hope you will make Arorangi Country Homestay your first choice. You will be made very welcome and we look forward to seeing you.

We specialise in gluten free, vegetarian or special diet meals.

We absolutely loved everything about this lovely farmhouse. Ann and Miles were truly warm and wonderful hosts. The breakfast was fabulous. Ann provided us with lots of helpful information about the area. Wished we had been able to stay longer! Would highly recommend it!
