Awesome Arthurs Point Barnhouse

Modern and cosy 2 bedroom barn style house built as our primary home and available for rent when we are away on our own adventures. Situated on a large semi-rural section in a handy location on the main road between Queenstown (6km), Coronet Peak (9km to base) and Arrowtown (14km).

Living space is located upstairs and is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen bed), 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living with dishwasher, fire (wood provided), heat transfer system and heat pump for heating. Downstairs is the main entrance and our garage/storage/workshop but one garage and washing machine is available along with plenty of space for storing bikes/skis/luggage etc if needed. Wifi is available

Bus stop for Queenstown/Frankton/Arrowtown and Coronet Peak located 400m away, Nugget Point Hotel/Spa/Restaurant 450m, Onsen Hot Pools 600m, Cargo Gantleys Beer Garden/Pub & Strikebowl 650m, Shotover Jet and Canyon Food & Brew 1km. There are lots of walking tracks and reserves in the vicinity too.

Please note:
This is our home and it is available for rental when we are away on our own adventures. While we always aim to ensure that it is clean and tidy there will be personal items around the the home and we ask that you respect these and leave the barnhouse as you found it.

Children are welcome but please understand that the property is not 100% childproof, particularly when it comes to toddlers and younger children, I.e the property has a unfenced pond, steep banks and a number of retaining walls without barriers around the garden.

We are dog lovers and had a friendly border collie, pets are possible by arrangement at time of booking but be aware that while the property is fenced it is not dog proof.

Cell phone reception is patchy within the house but wifi calling is available (may depend on your network).
