Gerne erstellen wir eine sehr gute Bewertung für diese Unterkunft, denn: Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar zwischen den Städten Saint Malo und Saint Brieuc. Wir konnten problemlos die Region zischen Cote Granit Rose bis Mont Saint Michel anschauen. Es gibt wunderbare Küsten aber auch zahlreiche liebevolle kleine und größere Städtchen zu besuchen. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön und wir können diese für alle Jahreszeiten empfehlen. Jean-Marc Berton ist ein ausgesprochen netter Mensch.

A paradise for those who seek peace and quiet. And furthermore a good starting point to discover this part of Brittany. A beautiful hut nestled in an unusual environment - and a nice multilingual landlord. What more could you want!

Gîte très calme, isolé du reste du monde... Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le gîte de Montafilan où M. Berton vous accueille chaleureusement. Nous recommandons ce gîte si vous désirez être au calme.

Heerlijke plek midden in de natuur

Mooie rustig gelegen karaktervolle woning in een schitterende omgeving. Inrichting is basic en funktioneel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het huis beschikt over een mooie grote slaapkamer met een fijn groot bed en on suite badkamer. We mochten de garage gebruiken om de fietsen te stallen. Het huis ligt op10 minuten rijden naar Dinan. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij woont in het aanliggende huis.

Vous aimez les chants d'oiseaux ?...les bourdonnements d'abeilles ?... les caresses de papillons ?... le "silence de la nature" sans pollution sonore de la civilisation ?... Sejour conforme aux attentes

Le calme absolu. Pas de moteur de voiture, pas de portes qui claquent, pas d'eclats de voix..Les chambres sont propres. Micro-onde, four, bouilloire, cafetière, rien ne manque. La maison est très beĺle, typiquement Bretonne. M. Berton est très sympathique, très ouvert et il aime son gîte. Revers de la médaille de l'emplacement du gîte, la connexion internet n'est pas super rapide, mais c'est un détail. Je recommande vivement cet endroit très reposant.

The weather was really great. The Chateau was comfy. Well equipped. Jean-Marc was a charming host - very helpful. Only downside was that there was a problem with the internet, which we are sure he will rectify. That is the only reason we gave it 4* and not 5*.There were lots of wonderful places to visit. Schönes Haus in einer Ruine. Alles da was man braucht. Grill, Kochgelegenheit war gut. Etwas abgelegen, aber wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und unaufdringlich. Klare Empfehlung.

Perfekter Ort für erholsame Urlaubstage

Wer absolute Ruhe an einem historischen Ort genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, super Gastgeber. Mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Strände in annehmbarer Zeit zu erreichen und zur Umgebung muss man nicht viel sagen. Bretagne eben !! Alles in allem, ein perfekter Urlaub!

Totale Ruhe in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus liegt quasi in einer Schlossruine, der Garten ist aber vom öffentlich zugänglichen Teil abgetrennt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, allerdings ist man auch auf das Auto zum Einkaufen angewiesen. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 20 Minuten, ebenso nach Dinan. Für eine erholsame Zeit können wir das Haus ( der sehr freundliche Vermieter wohnt in der anderen doppelhaushälfte) sehr empfehlen.

Excellent séjour au calme !

Très belle maison, propre et bien aménagée, située dans un cadre enchanteur : les ruines du château de Montafilan. Le propriétaire a su tirer profit de ce lieu chargé d'histoire et préserver la nature environnante. Le confort est total, deux salles de bains et toilettes à chaque étage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et il est très agréable de pouvoir profiter d'un feu de cheminée ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
