Easy to follow directions to check in, parking, keys, and access codes. Our portion of the home was not ADA accessible. Though we did not ask for not need ASA accessibility. Kitchen was clean, bathrooms were clean, A/C and ceiling fans were working. One king size bed in our unit which had an all foam mattress and thick pillows. Its a personal thing but I cannot sleep well with foam mattress anywhere I would go. And I prefer a flat pillow with very little stuffing. They also had ice cubes in freezer which was great. We also refilled them when we left.

Such an adorable place!

We loved our stay at The Peacock. The decor was adorable and it felt very welcoming! It was a great location to get anywhere we wanted for our weekend stay! We will definitely stay again next time we're in St. Pete!

Great location - nice dog park right down the street, and many locations (craft beer, restaurants, etc.) are very close by and accessible by bicycle. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here and Lisa was very responsive. The little historic home was lovely. It’s close to everything and Clearwater beach 20-30 minutes away. We had a great time.

Great location!

The host was very nice and the house had everything you need. Location was perfect for those who like to walk to bars and restaurants. There was even a dog park nearby to let your pup burn off some steam.
