The 2000sqm of land has fruiting trees, a hammock, and walkways. Enjoy the countryside living while centrally located to Nelson Central or Richmond Tasman, both 10 minutes away. The large stacker doors provide fantastic indoor/outdoor flow.
The house enjoys an all year round ambient temperature, giving you a welcome reprieve from the hot Nelson sun, after you've spent the day at the beach or the river.
Montebello is a quiet new development set up in the back of Stoke. The house backs onto farmland and is not overlooked by other houses so there is no need to pull curtains if you don't want to. You will often see pheasant, quail, pukeko, tui, bellbird, kingfisher and weka on the property and sometimes even the deck!
