Hawai Holiday House is a spacious family Bach set over three levels. Four large bedrooms comfortably sleep up to nine people with three full bathrooms. The main level has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening out to the BBQ and outdoor balcony.
The top level features the private Master bedroom with en-suite. Two further bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the mid level off the lounge and dining area. The fourth bedroom has a Queen & Single bed with en-suite, on the ground floor alongside the entrance and double garage.

Enjoy this sought-after location with just a 10-minute walk down the hill to the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Centre, boat ramp and lakefront. Conveniently located close to local shops, which include a dairy, local bar, fish & chip shop, hair salon and liquor store.
This is a modern Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home with no frills, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupō. For this reason, there may be a level of personal belongings.
This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for groups of more than 6 adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people. When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

We stayed for 3 nights over the Ironman. Was perfect for our stay, garage storage for the bike was great and appreciated the generous number of bathrooms too. All we needed for the weekend and a good location too.
Soo comfortable, very spacious, beautiful home that housed my family of 8 including myself, shops around the corner.... The lake is literally down the street close to everything that we needed and outdoor activitys not far from there too was a awesome experience definitely recommend
A nice property in a quiet corner of Taupo. This place was perfect for our group of 7. With 7 beds, ample lounge space, this property is a great low cost rental - good for groups and families. Thanks for having us!
This was a fantastic house for a family holiday. Lots of seperate spaces, plenty of bathrooms and everything we needed. Lots of extra blankets and heaters which were appreciated.
Unfortunately the carpet is stained and it was dusty setting off allergies - we could see the dust on the side tables, window sills etc. Also when you flush the upstairs toilets the people in thee downstairs room can hear everything 😂
Location was fine, suggest however that bedding in particular the pillows are changed not great quality. Dining chairs need to be cleaned as they are stained. Wet areas are need of some maintenance.
Lots of rules around cleaning however doesn't appear the maintenance is being considered which makes it harder to keep something clean.

Excellent value accommodation
Excellent value accommodation. The property offers flexible bedding arrangements and there is plenty of room for everyone. The location is handy and a very nice quiet street. Couple of improvements that could be made. A dish washer that is more effective would be nice. The bunk bed needs tightening, we had to brace it to prevent undue wobbliness. The kitchen offended the germaphobes in the group, to be fair stick surfaces aren't all that pleasant, so a better clean would help. Thanks.
Multi storey property with three bathrooms which is excellent for two families. Driveway is quite steep and small parking area but otherwise fine.
Could do with a book on property details etc but figured it out. Needing take rubbish away is an inconvenience.
We really enjoyed our stay at 52 Hawai holiday home, house is nice, homely, warm and comfortable, the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed, which was fantastic.
Walking distance to the lake which was awesome. Awesome location in a quiet neighbourhood. Close enough to shops and walking distance to fish and chip shop.
