This modern, no-frills Kiwi bach is designed with family comfort in mind. It features two spacious lounge areas, a heat pump to keep you comfortable year-round, and a fantastic layout for up to seven guests.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 Tri-Bunk (Double bed on the bottom, Single on top)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds
Please note: As a classic, shared family bach, some personal belongings may be present in the home.

Important Guest Information
Linen: Commercial linen is conveniently included within your cleaning fee.
Family Bookings Only: This is a family home located in a quiet residential area. It is strictly not suitable for large groups of adults or events.
Guest Surcharge: Base rates cover up to 4 guests. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
