Very well presented, warm and tidy home. Worked very well for our very short stay. Loved the decor, felt every single piece was hand picked and placed with much attention. ❤

Thanks for the lovely review. Would love to have you stay again.
A cute wee house with all the amenities that are needed. The road noise didn't bother us too much. Once heated, the house retained the heat. We enjoyed the closeness to Thames itself, and coming from Auckland it was just the right amount of time for a weekend away.

Handy to Thames
This cottage had a nice layout, suited our family of 3 and had a lovely view of the water. It was quite comfortable. Convenient for our visit to Thames. Traffic noise can be a bit bothersome at night unless one is used to it.
The property is well presented and clean. All linen and loads of towels are provided which is great. Milk in the fridge on arrival. Comfy bed and most of all the owner provided us with a bag of wood for the outdoor fire! Two seats located high up on the hill at the rear with easy access by steps gave us an amazing view and so peaceful. Will definitely book for the Summer. Thank you!!
Very clean and tidy. Heating provided and lots of blankets During our winter stay. Bring on the main coast road the road was busy on Saturday night, as expected. Lovely outlook.
This place had everything you could want and was in a perfect location. Comfortable beds, all the facilities you need, seating areas front and back plus ample indoor seating. A super cute stairway led up the garden hill behind the house to a stunning viewpoint to watch the sunset.
With a handy dairy/convenience store/take aways place a 2 minute walk out the door one way, and a 25 minute walk to the main town Thames in the other direction, this property was well situated for our little family unit to explore by foot. Our 2 year old daughter also enjoyed searching for "treasures" at the beach which is directly out the front door.
Lastly, the sunsets were spectacular! Don't forget to close the blinds/curtains on the front of the house in the afternoon though otherwise it can warm up in the main bedroom.
Would recommend staying here for sure.
once again the family loved their stay in the beautiful Thames
the property is perfect in location size comfort and cleanliness for our family .although i was unable to go due to a sick family member Paul and our daughter and family enjoyed especially the fishing .some of the fish was enjoyed in the far north at a 90th birthday. many thanks.
