The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove used bedsheets, pillow covers and hand towels and place in the washing machine. Please place the kitchen rubbish and recycle in the correct bins provided. Council is very strict.Thanks
Please check all remotes are in place. Garage Remote, heatpump remotes and heater remote. Please return the house key back to the lockbox and turn the number lock.
Please let us know if any items / consumables need attention, replacement. Draw the gate close and Safe travels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rubbish is cleared every Wednesday morning. Please place on Tuesday night or Wednesday early morning. Calendar in Folder.
Pl place right rubbish in the right bins as there is a penalty if there is wrong rubbish. Red / Blue bins go out alternate fortnight. Red needs tag.
Usually cleaners will clear red bin, but if you do need a tag contact the owner.

Naomi's and Co where guests from Australia and where awesome . They went fishing being a fisherman's paradise ( Mussel farms are close by and charter fishing boats are available) and left some fish fillets too. Kept the place nice and tidy and also helped with washing the used linen. Would love to host them again..

Awesome home

Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. Was perfect for the 2 of us with friends and family calling in for meals or a night on their way to the Coromandel. Huge home, comfy beds, immaculately clean. Really safe with a gate for our 2 year old grand daughter who loved the outdoor shower and drive to ride her bike.Super great communication and everything was as described.Thanks so much, we will be back!

Megan was an awesome guest. Very responsive, looked after our house aa her own, put out the rubbish and also took care of laundry. They were only two and used only two bedrooms. Highly recomended and we look forward to host Megan and her whanau again.
