The Beach Bach - Water's Edge, Bay of Islands

The ultimate holiday destination be it summer or winter. The home is situated right on the beachfront with 4 bedrooms, king and queen rooms in separate wing; 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8. Large sun drenched deck overlooking the beach and the boats in the Bay. Bed linen, bath and beach towels and kitchen tea-towels provided. Log fire and outdoor spa pool for cooler days. Adjacent to the coastal walkway from Opua to Paihia. Short walk along the coastal walkway to the ferry to Russell.

Guests are asked to note that as the property is situated on the beachfront parking and turning is limited to guests vehicles only. The property cannot accommodate trailers and boats and has no boat or jet ski launching facilities. There are excellent facilities at the Bay of Islands Marina which is a short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from Water's Edge.

Guests use the property, beach facilities and water equipment provided at their own risk and are expected to do so responsibly.
No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or used by any guest or other person at any time.
No inappropriate use of wifi provided.
Only those persons confirmed as guests permitted on the property at any time.
No smoking and vaping permitted
No student groups.
