There are two outdoor living spaces, one with a built in barbaque and table and the other on the deck with a partially covered area to stay out of the all day sun if you choose.

You will feel completely at home and very comfortable staying here, there has been no scrimping on the furniture or quality of both the bedding or the kitchen fit out so if you are into cooking, it is all here for you to put to good use. Both bedrooms come with fans.
There are two outdoor living spaces, one with a built in BBQ and dining table the other is on a partially covered deck where you have a dining table cape cod chairs and bench seats to sit and soak up the sun that sets right in front of the bach all year round.
The walking track to the beach is a 2 minute walk that runs along the right hand side of the property.

Four guest maximum, no tents, no mattresses or extra visitors staying over.
No furniture or bedding to be taken outside.
No parties or large groups of people.
Please be mindful of the other residents holidaying too.
Minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year, Christmas & New Year a minimum of 5
nights and Long weekends 3 unless by special arrangement.
