Great house close to the lake

This property is so well set up for a holiday at the lake. Awesome large lounge for quality family time in the evening. The biggest perk was its close proximity to the boat ramp. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with Maree was excellent. Great to have room to park the boat, and covered parking for one car with bikes. Quiet, friendly location. Nice to have the badminton and darts. Very clean on arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

Great for family and relaxation

What a great family place. My 3 year old loved the swing, playhouse and backyard, whilst we had a great time playing backyard volleyball with my 2 preteen boys. We relaxed on the deck, enjoyed the great fish and chips just down the road, and got comfy playing games and watching tv at night. Would definitely stay again!

Great Lake House

The house is spacious and has everything you need. So close to the boat ramp. The family loved the volleyball net, lawn space and the videos. This was our second stay and we can’t wait to come back for our third.

The property was ideal with space for the grandparents and a lovely playground for the children

There was plenty of parking as well as room for two boats. The property was lovely and clean with loads of space. We also had beautiful weather and the host contacted us when a precious white rabbit was left behind and he was returned to his little owner.

Older but comfortable

Home built in 1970’s would have been outstanding in its day and so understandably after 50 years is now a little dated. It has however been well cared for and maintained. It’s probably the most comfortable we have encountered in all our stays with numerous comfortable couches. More of a relaxing home than a batch which is a welcome change.

Great views and handy for boat access

The deck upstairs overlooking the lake was lovely and the furnishings had a nice bach feel. Beds very comfortable. Would be good for younger children with a playhouse and swings. Only a minute drive to the boat ramp with plenty of car and trailer parking. Not sure how we would have cleaned the property if we hadn't paid the cleaning fee as we didn't find a vaccum, mops or buckets. You would need to bring your own. We had a nice stay.

Thank you for your nice comments. We do have 2 vacuum cleaners 1 is upstairs in the hallway cupboard and other downstairs under the stairwell in a cupboard. Having 2 would hopefully make it easier in a two-story house. Under the washhouse tub there is a yellow bucket. All cleaning products are under the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen. There wouldn't be a need to bring any cleaning products. I'm glad you had a nice stay, and you left our bach tidy. We will add instructions in our information folder on the whereabouts of all cleaning products. Thanks

Outstanding stay

Outstanding property and hosts. Plenty of parking for boat and cars. Best equiped house I've stayed at (has absolutely everything you might need) and a 5star host to match. 70trout over 3 days was the icing on the cake.
