About this property

Private Accommodation in the Eastern suburbs.

This is a lovely spacious, warm and bright private room with level access and easy parking off street. This neighbourhood is quiet and very special.
You will have your own very large space facing north/east. It's a lovely outlook with the warm morning sun.
"Its just like being in a Hotel" say our friends and guests, They have always enjoyed the relaxing feel they have when staying, and we get all positive comments about the comfortable Super KING bed!
Included is a modern Ensuite with shower and large mirror with excellent lighting. In the drawer we have a hair dryer and a wee stash of bits that may be needed for personal care, just in case it was forgotten. :)

You will have in your Suite, WiFi, a SmartTV, a kettle, teas, a Nespresso coffee machine and pods. We also have a Toaster, mini fridge and microwave. NOTE -No actual kitchen or cooking facilities. ( good excuse to not cook :) )
Also ask us upon booking about your preferred milks and cereal /fruits choices and I will leave your selections in the Fridge/suite.

If you are travelling for work or to relax, it suits all being corporate and traveller friendly.
You will find an Iron, iron board and hairdryer. A large sofa, Fan and heater and a desk. Also a cafe table and chairs in the roomy and bright accomodation.
It is an easy 5 mins walk to beach, down walkway. Perhaps it may take you a few more, as you may be inclined to stop at the many delicious shops, including cafes, wine shop, restaurants. Pick up some supplies and design your very own picnic. Great restaurants and gourmet foods are right here in Kohi and nearby St Heliers and Mission Bay - Dine out or pick up a takeaway meal. There is a lot to choose from.
A large Shopping center is a short drive for Supermarket, chemist etc.

Parking is easy and safe, and no steps to worry about.
We welcome you. If you need us we are about, and please just ask for any further information.
All our guests just love to come back as it's a perfect location

Beautiful apartment, way bigger than the pictures look. The bed was amazing! Kat was very nice and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. It’s clear she’s put a lot of thought into everything. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! We were in Auckland for a wedding and the location was perfect to connect with other family members. We booked an extra night so that we could come straight from our flight and rest and that worked perfectly. The flat had everything we needed. We communicated with Kat via text mostly and that was good for us. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Auckland. Mission Bay was convenient for food, coffee and dog watching!

This was a perfect 'home away from home' for us. I would highly recommend!!

We stayed here for a couple of nights while we had renovations at our place. Kat has really put thought into this accommodation. The room is super spacious and yet at the same time feels super cosy. The room comes with so many thoughtful requirements that a person may need/want when away from home. The breakfasts included were delicious and any queries we had Kat responded super quickly. Parking off street was also lovely as meant we didn't need to carry our luggage too far. We felt at home straight away and we will try to find an excuse to come stay again 😉 Thank you again Kat.

I am Sorry & disappointed. I was here on site & was available to assist? We have a 9.2 rating on another Major accommodation site. The listing says there is no kitchen as it is NOT self contained. Perhaps you could have booked another place which had a kitchen if that is what you wanted? The Toilet is a macerator system. Unsure as to musty smell as this room is in full north and east sun & all the windows are open daily. There is dish washing equipment under the sink for guests to use. We were happy to have you to stay, yet there was a huge pile of clothes you left behind, that I had to deal with, you were pleasant to host. Happy travels.

Cannot beat this location!

Cannot beat this location! Perfectly self-contained unit with great proximity to Kohimarama, Mission and St. Heliers Bay, which offer great walking, eating, beaching. Kat had generously stocked the refrigerator with breakfast and snack items and left a welcoming bowl of fresh fruit. Bed was super comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. Off street parking and wifi was excellent. Definitely recommend!

The unit was well presented and very comfortable. I found the fridge unit a bit small for what i needed. The location is terrific and walking distance to the fabulous Mamma Rosa Restaurant.
