Easily one of the best B&B stays we have ever had. This cottage was beautiful, well appointed and well positioned. The hosts were amazing. We stayed 2 nights, but could easily spend longer. The cottage has all the amenities you could need and more.

Bay of Islands Ideal Stay

The cottage, location, and host were all perfect. This is a SUPERB Paihia Place to stay. Close to everything (walkable) but just up the street far enough to be very quiet and restful after a day exploring.

Great Little Cottage

Enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. Very cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect! We were able to walk all of Paihia and right down to the wharf within a few minutes.

A lovely little cottage for our stay. Ideally located to walk into town. Basically ten minutes to all the shops, bars, restaurants etc. Friendly hosts Would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Perfect location

We parked right next to our accommodation and then walked everywhere we needed to go. Super easy! The stand alone cabin had everything we needed and we enjoyed the patio for morning coffee, too. Definitely recommend.

Everything we needed

the cozy cottage lived up to its name and was everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Paihia. lovely pictures and historic photos of Paihia. Easy walking distance to the shops even in heavy wind and rain. Really enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and raindrops on the roof. Will be back in summer so we can wander down to the beach!

From the cottage to the host we could not have asked for anything better.The owner goes out of her way to ensure that your stay is great. She goes above and beyond even to the extent of offering a wash and dry service for your clothes at a very minimal cost.She goes the extra mile.Friendly and very welcoming.Highly reccommend to all.

comfortable and character.

clean, tidy, comfortable and warm ,once the heat pump did it's good job .I did find the cottage rather dark. but it certainly has some character .Very central, so able to walk to Treaty grounds as well as up the road for nice bush walk and views.My sinuses were not compatable with the jasmine growing outside .Pretty but unhelpful

We had a wonderful time using this cozy place right in Paihia as a base for day hiking (rambling). We loved the little kitchen and BBQ outdoors. It was very private and quiet. All Corinne's suggestions were helpful. It is crazily close to a great little grocery store (4 square) and restaurants/ take-away used by locals and tourists. It is wonderful to be able to jump on the ferry or meet a boat charter at the dock.

Cozy cottage in great location

Reverse-cycle heating was very effective for our winter stay (nice bedding, too). Tidy cottage just a short stroll into the centre of Paihia!

Great character location in Paihia

Lovely little cottage full of character. Very quiet but centrally located. Also nice and warm with the heater in May, and probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in apart from my own! Will definitely be looking to book here again the next time we come. Recommended.

Perfect place in Paihia

We didn’t want to leave this lovely cottage! Peaceful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed nodding off to the calls of the morepork at night and waking up to the birdsong. The courtyard was wonderfully sunny. Thanks again Rob and Corrine. We hope to be back.
