Carver Heights - Amazing views, spacious and sunny

Spacious, sunny and modern style home, with beautiful sea and mountain views.

Five to ten minutes walk to central New Plymouth, including the walkway and the ocean.

Can accommodate up to 10 with a large living area, four bedrooms (one counts as a second entertainment/chill room), large bathroom with a second toilet, and inviting outdoor areas.

Central New Plymouth location and fully furnished serviced residence. This is the perfect house for family or friends looking to escape together to New Plymouth! Excellent for events such as weddings where out-of-town guests and family can stay together in one beautiful location. This property is also equally suitable for smaller groups due to the house layout and design.

Plenty of off-street parking spaces, with a garage if required.

The “chill room” has a Smart TV for extra living space.

Multiple safe and fenced deck areas for small children and pets.. Please note that pets are by request ONLY. No animals are allowed in the house please.

Included in the price is Smart TV and wireless internet. There is a small charge for linen and cleaning service (top quality linen is supplied). For your personal items there is a washing machine and dryer located in the garage, with no extra charge for using these.

Our home is designed to offer you a comfortable place to stay whilst on holiday or attending an event in the beautiful Taranaki. We are open to you having a small dinner party or quiet drinks, however we have a strict no party policy. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and we respect our close neighbours.
Special conditions:
No smoking in the house please.
Small dogs allowed with prior approval.
Minimum stay of two nights all week.
$250 per night for first 4 then $60 per person per night Under 2's are free.
Strictly no parties. Happy for you to host a dinner party and quiet drinks but please no parties.

Family getaway

We had a great time at this property. It was well fenced and managed to contain out grandchildren quite nicely. It was close to New Plymouth and all that we wanted to see. Great view from the balcony and a very helpful hostess.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Carver Heights. Great communication and support from the property manager, and the place was clean, tidy and well appointed. Super easy access to the city centre yet quiet and relaxed with lovely views.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. It’s an older property but clean, tidy and comfortable. We easily found everything we needed. The location is great. Check in and communication was super quick and easy. One of our kids left his soft toy behind and the hosts were super quick in letting us know and arranging his return. We would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in New Plymouth

We had 4 nights in New Plymouth with 7 adults. This property was perfect as there were plenty of beds and heaps of room. We were only a few minutes drive from the city centre, supermarkets, and some great attractions such as Parekura Park and Paritutu Rock. Communication from the property manager was great and we had no issues at all with our stay.
