The Space:
This sunny, three bedroom holiday home is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac. Within walking distance to Lake Wanaka and the town centre, this home is fully fenced with a large backyard for the kids to run around. Enjoy some alfresco dining with a family barbeque on the deck as you take in Wanaka’s exceptional mountain views. This holiday home is close to some amazing bike and walking trails, making it the perfect space to spend a great holiday.

The living area of this home features an open plan kitchen/lounge space complete with wood burner (firewood supplied). The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of cooking utensils and tableware. The heat pump keeps the house beautifully warm and the fire is perfect to cosy up in front of on a cold winter’s night.

The master bedroom features a comfortable King sized bed with doors that open up to the outside garden and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a new Queen sized bed and the third has two very comfortable, long single beds which can conveniently join together to make a King (on request).
Adventure, rest, relax – you choose how you spend your time out. After a day on the mountain or sight-seeing around Wanaka, come back and relax with a wine while the sun sets on the deck or enjoy a hot spa bath. Time Out in Wanaka also has unlimited WIFI and a Smart TV.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
