Beautifully renovated home in Little India

Newly renovated home (2024) in a great area! This is our home and we love it. We only airbnb when we travel, this is not a rental property.

Ideal for two, but can accommodate 3 with our custom Murphy bed in the upstairs open concept room. Have breakfast on the back deck under a big old tree or cozy up and watch Netflix by the fireplace!

Great cafes, pubs, restaurants and bars are right around the corner and many Indian restaurants and shops to choose from - it's in historic Little India!

The kitchen, renovated in 2024 has heated, local Elm chevron floors and opens up to the living room space with TV, fireplace and backyard patio garden.

The bathroom also has heated marble floors, a full bathtub and a custom copper lined antique vanity.

The dining room has comfy L-shaped bench seating and live-edge dining table.

Upstairs has an open-concept area with a custom pull-down, double Murphy bed. It's a great flex space for some morning yoga with sun coming through the skylight or a sleeping space for an extra person. Note: this is an open concept space between the bedroom and bathroom without privacy.

There is a dedicated workspace (fast wi-fi) with an electric standing desk and chair near the front entrance.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and new mattress.

You'll have the place all to yourself. It's a small house, that's more like a loft and it's all yours! The backyard is only for your private enjoyment.

I can be accessed via email or phone, but won't be at the house.

Self check-in with keypad.

There is laundry accessible through the separate entrance downstairs.

If you have mobility issues, some people find the stairs to the second level a challenge as it's open concept with a hand bar, though there is no railing

Street parking is available to purchase via the city for a reasonable fee.

Cats have lived on the premises but we keep it very clean as we have allergies.
