This home is perfect for one or two families who want to relax on a resort-style property in a perfect location, just a short walk to Cameron's Bight Beach and Koonya General Store.
The large private garden also boasts an in-ground pool with a spa and off-street parking for two cars.
Two large flat-screen TVs, a home theatre, WiFi, a Neil Perry entertainer oven with a second Neil Perry oven in the butler's pantry, a dishwasher, a Breville espresso coffee machine, a microwave, a washing machine, a gas log fire, roof ducted heating/cooling, outdoor ceiling fans, outdoor settings x 2 to seat 18, a market umbrella, a gas bbq, and a rotisserie.
The swimming pool and spa are gas-heated (excessive use of the spa may incur an extra charge).
Championship tennis court, equipment available.
Quality Linen and bath Towels are included - we ask you to bring your pool beach towels.

The downstairs bedroom just the thing for the grandparents and the upstairs accommodation, an ideal set up for the rest of the family. The tennis court was very popular as was the heated spa. Unfortunately, we were unable to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming.
