The property is extremely well-appointed. Walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, shops, etc. In arguably the nicest part of Bowral. Our host Greg could not have been more helpful. Overall, an outstanding Stay.
What a great place. A real southern highlands treat. You couldn’t get a better location. Beautifully appointed and super comfy. Definitely on my radar for another stay.
We had a wonderful weekend at No. 2 The Terraces in Bowral. The location is perfect — everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle, microwave, and bar fridge, plus plenty of crockery, utensils, and even a jar of coffee pods. Washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, and tea towels were under the sink, and the bathroom had soap, shampoo, and conditioner — all very thoughtful. The bedroom has an enormous bed, though it’s two king-singles pushed together, which caused a slight dip in the middle and a noticeable wobble whenever my husband turned over — not ideal for light sleepers! I also struggled with the very high-profile pillows; a mix of high and low options would be a great addition. The ample parking out front was a bonus, and the ceiling fan was a lifesaver once we figured it out — you need to pull the cord near the remote first to give it power. You can hear the family upstairs, particularly in the lounge area — they have a teenage boy who loves charging up and down the stairs! All part of the charm.Greg was fantastic — communicative, patient, and so helpful, even answering all my questions before I’d booked. Thank you!
Excellent communication with host. Clean, fresh, bright and comfy A few more additions for my overall satisfaction; face cloths, bar soap, dish towels, dish drain neededExcellent walking distance to Bowral.Generally loved the place.
