Down a lovely tree lined drive, sitting on one acre, a beautiful loft apartment awaits you. Fully self contained with its own entrance, this space has the feel of an art gallery. As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Property not suitable for children under 12 years. Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets. 2km to the cafes and shops of Bowral.
Please do not attend if you are ill. The space While attached to the main house, the apartment is a private space with it’s own entrance. A large bedroom with King Size bed, (or two singles if required). Plus a desk and sofa. Built in robe. Crisp fresh linen and super size doona.
Large bathroom with shower and bath. Toiletries and fluffy towels provided. Separate sitting room with TV overlooking the wonderful trees on the property. This room can be converted to a Queen bedroom if there are three or four guests in your party. If a party of two requires this room set up as bedroom then a set up fee of $55 applies. NOTE: Children over 12 years only.
Dining kitchen space with Microwave, fridge and sink. Kettle, toaster and coffee plunger. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available. Fresh fruit and continental breakfast items provided. Bedroom and sitting room have RC Air conditioning and double glazed windows for your comfort. On site parking.
Close to Burradoo station, so if travelling by train we are happy to collect you from Moss Vale, Burradoo or Bowral rail stations.
Guest access As well as the private space described, guest can feel free to explore the garden, make use of the seating at the bottom of the block or just relax on the large back deck of the house. Make use of the lounges and BBQ. Please feel free to join us if we are also there. Guests can also have access to house laundry if washer or dryer are needed.
Other things to note Check out time 10am Only children 12 year and over. No extra guests or visitors without prior approval. King bed can be split for 2 singles if required. Sitting room converts to a Queen bed room. Fee of $55 may apply. Artworks on display are available for purchase.

We had a fantastic stay, thank you! The host is very friendly and welcoming. The place was neat, clean and thanks for the provided extras. The location is ideally situated to explore Bowral, Burradoo, Moss Vale, Exeter, Bundanoon! Would absolutely stay at again!
Had a lovely overnight stay in this lovely property . Hosts were just fabulous & greeted us & made our stay special . Nice touches like fresh Bread & fruit & milk in fridge for hot drink to name a few that made our stay easy as to not worry about last minute supplies . Did realise on arrival I forgot my charger for phone & hosts kindly lent me one . Many Thanks Gloria & Liz .
