About this property

Our Tims Ford Lakehouse is a beautiful property right on the best part of Tims Ford Lake. It is a great place for family or friends to relax and enjoy nature, while being very comfortable. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you need to cook and entertain for a large group. The bedrooms are small but super cozy, and every bed in the house is of good quality and comfortable. Also included is two car garage with a power garage door opener. There is lots of space outside to park vehicles boats, jet skis, ATVs, etc . Included in the rental is a boat slip at Tims Ford Marina (happy to share details about that). PICTURES COMING SOON!

Family & Covid Friendly Vacay

Positives: Lots of space for a family or large group to spread out. Nicely sized bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. TV is set up for connecting to AppleTV. Host was accommodating and responsive. Perfectly set among quiet and peaceful farms and very close to lake access. Plenty of hiking, outdoor activities, and site seeing close by.

A great space for our family visit

A wonderful space for our group, ranging from 15 months to 60 yrs. Peaceful and relaxing. Great location between Tims Ford Lake and Tullahoma. Great communication with our host Dan.

Our Tims Ford Lakehouse is just a five minute drive by boat or car to Holiday Landing Marina. It is only 10 minutes (by boat or car) to Tims Ford Marina or the State Park. Also just a short drive to shopping in Tullahoma, where you can find almost anything you could possibly need, including some great restaurants. The entire area is beautiful, with a wide variety of things to do, including touring the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, playing golf on some great and affordable courses, and outdoor movie theater, and much more.
