Great waterfront property on Tims Ford Lake! FLAT LOT, DOCK & 400 ft of shore!
Our Tims Ford Lakehouse is a beautiful property right on the best part of Tims Ford Lake. The lot is flat (NO STAIRS!), with a dock and 400 linear feet of shoreline! It is a great place for family or friends to relax and enjoy nature, while being very comfortable. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you need to cook and entertain. The bedrooms are small but super cozy, and every bed in the house is of good quality and comfortable. A full size washer and dryer are also included. There is lots of space outside to park vehicles boats, jet skis, ATVs, etc . The dock is small but will accommodate up to two boats, or boat and a couple jet skis. It is also a fantastic area for swimming. There is a Pergola with a great firepit near the water, and a flat screen TV. MORE PICS COMING SOON. We have always loved the lake life! We can't get down there as much as we like, so we decided to offer this unique place to others.
Why they chose this property
Our Tims Ford Lakehouse is just a five minute drive by boat or car to Holiday Landing Marina. It is only 10 minutes (by boat or car) to Tims Ford Marina or the State Park. Also just a short drive to shopping in Tullahoma or Winchester, where you can find almost anything you could possibly need, including some great restaurants. The entire area is beautiful, with a wide variety of things to do, including touring the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, playing golf on some great and affordable courses, and outdoor movie theater, and much more.
What makes this property unique
This property if very private and is on one of the best coves on the entire lake. There are no other houses or docks and the cove is 3/4s of a mile long
