East facing covered verandah, open plan lounge, dining, kitchen. 3-way Bathroom. fully equipped kitchen with microwave and full size French style fridge and walk in pantry. Covered outdoor entertainment area, laundry with washer and dryer, undercover carport.
Main bedroom has super king, built ins, Television and ceiling fan.
2nd bedroom has queen size bed and ceiling fan.
Living room has reverse cycle split system and ceiling fan.
Weekly 2 hour clean for whole booking.
Suitable for a single or couple over 50 only to stay in a lifestyle village with own lake, 2 swimming pools, Tennis courts, bowling green and barbecues. 4 mins to Beach and Kingscliff Village and 15 mins to Gold Coast Airport.
