The property was in a great location.It was well presented and suited a family of 4 really well. It would be great for 4 couples for a weekend in Melbourne.A couple of small things - the noise of the trams when they crossed over another tram rail, (windows are not double glazed).We all thought it was a bit difficult having a lock box in the back of a mail box, you have to get down on your knees to see it (again only a small thing but it did take some time to work it out). The instructions were very detailed which helped.

It was a great location. The apartment was comfortable with a few exceptions. The dishwasher and coffee maker did not work. There was a blind on one of the bedrooms that had been broken and was just lying on the floor. Overall we would rent again. We were a little confused by the lockbox inside a lockbox, it is low and we are older so it was hard to manage. One other thing there were only 5 glasses in the apartment. No wine glasses. We just felt like no one is taking the time to do a walk through between guests to see what needs to be fixed and what is needed to keep the place comfortable.
