It's a little gem tucked away right in the heart of town & pleasantly peaceful!
This delightful fully fenced 1 bedroom unit, with a cozy sleep out for 2, is bright, sunny, clean and comfortable. It offers unlimited internet, Smart TV, Netflix/Apps, Sky with sports, heat pump/air con, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob & bench oven with air fryer function. It gives you all the creature comforts of home and you can even bring your furry family member with you to safely enjoy this neat little spot!

This hideaway is very centrally located and walking distance to all of towns shops, restaurants, bars and amenities. We offer comfy furnishings, and quality linens for bedrooms and bathroom are supplied. Catch up on your favorite movies/series on Netflix or other preferred Apps or simply put your feet up and read that long awaited book in the quiet surrounds. If you happen to bring the kids and/or the 4 legged ones along, there is plenty of lush green grass for them to run around on and it is fully fenced.

Please note that the sleep out is not made available for reservations of 2 guests unless requested. There is an additional fee of $40.00 cleaning/linen fee per stay if this facility is required.
The oven is not full size but bench top style.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure heat pump and any other electrical appliances used are turned off. Doors and windows to be locked and keys returned to lock box.
Rubbish should be bagged and recycled as per in house instructions. We will take it away for you.
All dog poops to be picked up please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are a quiet neighbourhood. No loud music or parties please. We welcome your pets but not on our furniture and please pick up their "poops"
Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only and away from open doors. No parking on the grass please.

The house is conventiently located right in the centre of Coromandel and easy to find, it was sunny, super tidy and comfy. Very straightforward instructions were received promptly and easy to follow.

host very welcoming. was perfect spot to explore town and surroundings with my dog Wallace. place fully fenced I just parked up the car and we did all the local trails Kauri block WW1 memorial park Harray track which is great all off leash expect small part walk through some paddocks with stock. it ended at a dog park with small stream and great swimming hole for people and dogs alike. easy walk back to town from here. the town very friendly to dogs and people Wally made friends and had some play mates . House had everything for great stay it was for us both a great time we will go back
