Beautiful part of France, lots of things to do. The place location could not be better - literally few metres from the beach. We watched sunset every evening! All amenities are close by - markets, shops, supermarkets, castles etc. Wonderful stay.

Severe Misrepresentation

1500 characters limit so impossible to go into detail about all that is problematic with this property and their misrepresentation of it. Highlights include: The property manager is a nightmare! We saved for years to be able to travel and honor loved ones who fought on these beaches and she was rude, judgmental, and condescending. We were clearly from the USA, yet the manager sent the initial correspondence (after the last day to cancel and receive a refund) completely in French. The information did not translate well. All of what was eventually disclosed could have been included in their VRBO description yet, it makes the property very unappealing. The parking and EV Charging station are down the street and public, good luck with that. The toilet is separated from the bed by a half wall, about 4.5 ft tall. Because the 2 rooms are separated by a public landing if the person sleeping in the kitchenette must use the bathroom in the night you need to let them in and leave the bedroom while they do their business. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 adults for 5 nights. You pay a cleaning fee yet you are told you must pay an additional 50 euro or clean it yourself. The person before us left coffee grounds on the countertops, water remaining in the kettle, a coffee pod remaining in the coffee maker, toilet paper wadded up on the floor of the bathroom, and a broken chair. Cleaning requires that you carry the rubbish nearly 1 mile to the disposal site.

Wir wollten Böllerfrei ins Neue Jahr und es hat eigentlich funktioniert!

Wir wollten wohin, wo nicht geböllert wird zu Silvester(Hund)und hatten Glück! Nur am 01.01 hat man ein paar Raketen gehört, zum Glück war es gleich vorbei. Der Ausblick von der Wohnküche aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar! Man kann kilometerweit am Strand entlang spazieren gehen,was unser Hund geliebt hat und es ergaben sich viele nette Hundekontakte. Im Dezember dürfen die Vierbeiner ohne Leine am Strand rennen. Das Städtchen hat alles was man braucht in Gehdistanz. Die Wohnung war sauber. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, das das Klo im Schlafzimmer hinter einer kurzen Trennwand ist. Man muss sich schon sehr nahe stehen und ob eine Dritte Person (Wohnung wird für drei Personen vermietet) dann immer so aufs Örtchen kann! Auch das der Koch/Wohnbereich vom Schlafzimmer durch das Treppenhaus getrennt ist, war ungewöhnlich, nur 2 Schritte und wenn niemand mehr im Haus ist, auch nicht schlimm. Ich sehe nur ein Problem, für eine Nacht war der Besitzer der oberen Wohnung da. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und wir haben jeden Schritt und Gespräche akustisch recht deutlich wahrgenommen. Alles in allem hatten wir unsere ruhige und erholsame Woche, wie gewünscht 💫

Schade das über und unter dem Appartement renoviert wurde.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes (14 Tage), wurden 2 Wohnungseinheiten an mehreren Tagen renoviert. Deshalb war dann ein Aufenthalt im Appartement tagsüber nicht möglich. Auch die Tatsache, das man, um vom Wohnraum ins Schlafzimmer zu kommen, immer durch das Treppenhaus aller Parteien musste, stand so nicht in der Objektbeschreibung. Da die über dem Appartement liegen Wohnung wohl verkauft wurde und die Besitzer immer am Schlafzimmer die Holztreppen rauf und runter gehen, gehe ich davon aus, das diese Ferienunterkunft aus dem Programm genommen wird. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr schön.

Très bon séjour. La vue sur mer est super depuis l'appartement. Et l'accès sur la plage est très pratique depuis l'appartement. Je recommande cette location malgré qu'il n'y ai pas de lave linge et que les toilettes sont dans la chambre . Mais on s'adapte.

l'immeuble dans lequel se trouve l'appartement est très vétuste , travaux en cours sur la toiture , échafaudage face à la fenètre , pièce de vie correcte , mais chambre exigu dans moins de 10 m2 : lit , douche , lavabo , w c , pas totalement cloisonnée , pas d'intimité , vmc bruyante , bruit du chauffe eau .

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem Erfordelichen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Dass es sich um eine durch ein öffentliches Treppenhaus zweigeteilte Wohnung handelte, haben wir erst kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt durch andere Beurteilungen erfahren. In Bezug darauf könnte es im Angebot konkreter genannt sein. Uns hat die Zweiteilung nicht gestört und wir können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.

Rien a dire sur l accueil de Isabelle (Conciergerie OPIE D'LA PORTE) , bon accueil, renseignements etc ... l 'appart par lui meme a été refait et est en excellent état. A bien prendre en compte l appart est coupé par un escalier exterieur , ce qui n'est quand meme pas top de notre point de vue

geweldig uitzicht

klein schoon appartement de wc en douche zijn in de slaapkamer wat voor ons geen probleem was de vloeren en muren zijn wel heel gehorig en je deelt de ingang met iemand anders dat vonden we wel minder, ook heb je geen prive parkeerplaats en wij hebben een grote bus maar hebben daar zelf een oplossing voor gevonden het uitzicht is geweldig
