Stunning Villa located minutes walk to the picturesque Constance Bay

Nestled in the heart of the Charleston township, minutes walk to the picturesque Constance Bay, Charleston Tavern and Underworld Adventures HQ. Our charmingly restoredw Villa provides all the modern amenities whilst embracing the features of a character home. The extensive deck with verandas, BBQ and outdoor seating provide a relaxing outdoor space. The fenced back yard encompasses an outdoor bath area with twin cast iron baths. The spacious 3 bedrooms are furnished with King Bed + Smart TV and coffee table & chairs and feature fire (decorative only) in the Master Bedroom, Super King bed in the 2nd Bedroom, Single bed + Single bunk beds in the 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spare sheets, blankets and oil heaters. There is a wood burner and heat-pump in the Living Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include dishwasher, upright fridge freezer with icemaker, induction cooktop, twin wall mounted ovens and microwave. Children are welcome although we do not have a cot or kiddi locks on the laundry/kitchen cupboards/drawers for littlies. Note the property has external security cameras.

What a beautiful house. Had just come off the Heaphy track, so the outside baths were a godsend. Would recommend to anyone who is exploring the coast to stay here

The photos can't do it justice. Perfect as a base with plenty of room and great facilties. The beach was the icing on the cake.

Wow, this place was a one of a kind. My family and I were needing to find a place close to Westport and although this was a last minute booking, it truly didn’t disappoint! Every detail of this home is spot on. From the old 19th century original pieces to the few new touches, we were spoiled. Highly recommend this home!!
