Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A newly renovated four-bedroom home in Fernhill, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, with mountain and Lake view.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Ground floor: Full bathroom with bath AND standing shower; Downstairs: Full bathroom with standing shower.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with built-in fridge freezer -l, double-drawer dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas cooktop (brand/), rangehood.

Balcony: Two shared balconies - one by living room, one in downstairs hall. Balcony entrances from 3 different bedrooms.

The ground floor features the main entrance and garage. Moving up, the second floor houses an ensuite, as well as the primary living, dining, and kitchen areas. The third floor contains the main bathroom and laundry facilities.

Nearby: You are 3.6 km away. It is roughly an 8-minute drive. In town you will find food shops such as alpine supermarket and fresh choice. You will also find popular spots such as Fergburger.

Distance from nearest supermarket: Four Square Queenstown, cnr Stanley & Shotover St — 3.6 km (On The Spot Fernhill Grocery is closer but is a convenience store, not a supermarket)

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
