Welcome to 10 Rippingale Road, which sits opposite the #17 Fairway, of Hanmers Golf Course. This 3 bedroom property is the perfect place for you and your family including a fully fenced pet friendly back yard so you can rest up and relax with all the mod cons. The township is a mere 10 minute walk.
As with the classic Kiwi Bach culture you are required to clean the property ready for the next guest on your departure.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels.
A cleaning service and/or linen hire can be added to your booking for $140 Cleaning, $5 Per Towel, $17 Per Bed Linen, $8 Per Bed Making, please just ask and we will arrange this and send you the charge.

The space:
This 3 bedroom property is the perfect place for you and your family including a fully fenced pet friendly back yard so you can rest up and relax with all the mod cons. The township is a mere 10 minute walk.

There is free unlimited Wi-Fi, a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview and a Blu Ray player for your entertainment on those evenings you wish to unwind on the couch.
You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with the Heatpump. You will notice a Gas Fire in the Lounge this is currently not available to be used.

Lockable Garage for your Cars and Bicycles.

Master Bedroom Queen Bed with ensuite and walk in robe. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed. 3rd Bedroom has a Double Bed & a King Single Bed.

We loved our stay in this beautiful comfy home away from home. Great location, easy walk to town centre, on the flat which we liked. Beautifully decorated home, we enjoyed the eclectic collection of art adorning the walls of all rooms. Spacious bedrooms & living area. Enclosed private outdoor area and so good to be able to bring our dog. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here on a girls trip to Hanmer Spings for 3 nights to enjoy some walking and the springs. This house was perfect for us, and exceeded all expectations. The house (that truly felt like a home) had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well furnished and good heating. Everything worked and had good instructions. We hired linen (which was easy to do) and appreciated that the beds were made up perfectly to meet our needs.Check out instructions were clear. We would highly recommend this property!

We had booked this property for 2 nights - unfortunately day 2 was 23/10/25, with Hanmer subjected to gale force winds (200kph). We stocked up the night before with snacks and munchies and with no power spent the day snacking and reading books! A lovely big comfy home to hunker down. Looking forward to a return visit and using all the facilities!!

We arrived on a chilly May evening and felt instantly at home at this property. It is easy and quick to heat and extremely comfortable. The landscaped garden and views across the golf course to the mountains made this stay for our two families very enjoyable. Thank you.

Great for small children

Beautiful house, great location. There is only one key and everything is locked from the inside out. I guess this is a way of keeping young children on the premises. I was concerned that if an earthquake happened or fire, we would not be able to get out

Hi Kathy Thanks for your review. We have not long owned this property and as a short gap resolution to the one key lock problem we removed all the stays from the windows so they could be used as an exit in case of fire or earthquake. We are in the process of changing some of the locks over but are not quite there yet. We hope you enjoyed your stay all the same. Regards Grant and Julie

The house is lovely but if we had snow it would have been cold. Just having the heat pump and not being able to use the gas fire was a bit inconvenient. Home owner was great when it came to communication which was lucky cause had to message her for lock box code as didn't hear from the management company. Bins were still full from last people so called the company to get them empty on departure. Lovely home to stay in and would stay again
