This light-filled studio is designed for flexibility and comfort. The centerpiece is a cozy Murphy bed that folds up to create extra space during the day, making the studio feel open and spacious. While there isn’t a full kitchen, we’ve included a Keurig coffee maker and microwave for your convenience, along with a small dining table for two—perfect for light meals or enjoying your morning coffee.



The Space:

Welcome to your Marina District retreat! This thoughtfully designed studio is perfect for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm. The main living area features a versatile Murphy bed that folds up to maximize space during the day, creating a spacious feel in this cozy studio. While there’s no full kitchen, you’ll find a Keurig coffee maker and microwave, plus a quaint dining nook for two—ideal for light meals or planning your day’s adventures over a morning coffee.



Step outside to enjoy our shared garden, a peaceful little oasis with a bistro set where you can unwind in the fresh air. With its bright, open layout and practical amenities, this space has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of San Francisco’s Marina District.



NOTE: The studio is in the lower level of a building with other living units above. It's been recently sound proofed, but there may be signs of life in the building.



Guest Access:

You will have a door code for the electronic locks to access the studio anytime during your stay.

Located in the heart of San Francisco’s Marina District, our studio at 2025 Beach St offers an ideal mix of relaxation and vibrant city life. Just steps away from the beautiful Marina Green, this neighborhood is known for its scenic waterfront views, charming boutiques, and a wide array of dining options. Enjoy a morning coffee or brunch at popular local spots like Equator Coffee at Ft. Mason or La Reveille which is a short walk at Chestnut and Scott and La Fromagerie just a few doors down.



The iconic Palace of Fine Arts, one of San Francisco’s most beloved landmarks, is nearby, adding a historic touch to your surroundings. The area has a lively yet relaxed vibe, with parks, trails, and panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, making it a perfect base for experiencing the best of SF.



With the Marina’s excellent mix of nature and city attractions, this location is ideal for visitors looking to soak in the quintessential San Francisco experience. From here, you’ll have easy access to Chestnut Street’s trendy shops and the bustling nightlife of Union Street, while also being minutes away from more tranquil spots like Crissy Field Beach.

Our location makes exploring San Francisco a breeze! Public transportation options are close by, with several Muni bus lines within walking distance, making it easy to reach top attractions like Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Park, and downtown SF. If you prefer walking, many iconic spots – like the Presidio and the Marina Green – are right at your doorstep. Rideshare services are also readily available in this area for a quick lift to any destination in the city.



For those interested in biking, there are bike rentals nearby, and the scenic bike path along Marina Green offers a beautiful way to explore the waterfront and reach the Golden Gate Bridge. While street parking can be limited in the area, there are paid parking lots nearby if you’re bringing a car. There is no parking provided. We recommend avoiding having a car in San Francisco if you can, street parking can be found, but you may find yourself walking a few blocks. Be sure to read street signs for various restrictions.



Your Host, Debra, lives on-site and is often in the garden or may be using the laundry machines which you are welcome to use during your stay as well.
