We stayed at this property for a month between the sale of our home and the completion of our new home. It was great! Really great location - quiet neighborhood but super close to downtown Boerne. The yard was perfect for pets. The neighbors were super nice too. :)

Great Location in Boerne!
We stayed here for three weeks as we’re waiting for our home build to be completed. The location is fantastic - so close to all the great things in downtown Boerne. The house itself has been remodeled and is in good condition. The decor is super cute. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, etc. The yard is large and great for pets. The neighbors are super friendly as well. It was great! 🙂

Boerne trip
The house looked amazing online but the inside was very poorly kept. There were cigarette burns on the couches, the couch covers & pillows were worn & dirty. The bedspreads were dusty & stained. They need to update their living room furniture & bedspreads, paint, change the rusted air vents & update the landscaping. it would be a fabulous place to stay. Otherwise it was very expensive & overpriced.
The location and decor was wonderful. Whoever did the interior design is gifted! We love the atmosphere.However, many things made the property feel as if it was remodeled and decorated, but then forgotten by the owners and maintenance. It had a “rent, clean and repeat” vibe unfortunately.The front door handle fell of at least 10 times while we were staying, then on our second day the back door patio door handle started falling off. Looked like it hadn’t been tightened in years. The vents had dust on them and the ceiling, the shower tiling was cracked, as was the bathroom floor. The fence gate was tied shut with a bungee cord, and there were two broken deck chairs. The coffee creamer was over a year out of date. The window shade in the laundry room fell out of the wall when slid, and the towel hangers were loose. One of the lamps in the living room didn’t even have a cord anymore!Thankfully all the appliances functioned and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but were shaking our heads most of the time at the things that hadn’t been maintained.This property needs maintenance and care and will be great if kept up with.Thanks!

Hi Ben, we're glad you enjoyed the location and design of the home, though we apologize that some maintenance and cleanliness issues affected your stay. After reviewing your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following:– Since your stay, maintenance has addressed several items, including repairs to the front and back door handles, towel bars, and the curtain rod in the laundry room. They've also secured the back gate latch and ordered new Adirondack chairs. Plans are in place to recaulk the shower tiles as well. The lamp in the living room isn't located near an outlet, and a cord would pose a tripping hazard. We're considering removing it entirely.– To improve cleanliness, the vents have been thoroughly cleaned, and the expired coffee creamer has been replaced with a fresh supply.We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing a wonderful experience for all our guests.
