Long weekend Family celebration

Everything about this house was perfect for our family getaway at the beach! The beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner, plenty of space to hang out & relax, short walk to the beach, playing games in the evening, quiet porches for good conversations. We would totally stay here again if we can all get together!!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was clean when we arrived and the host had great communication with us. It really is the best of both worlds being a few blocks from the beach but with the dock and canal views right out back! We spent days at the beach and evenings by the fire pit. There was plenty of space and great room/bathroom arrangements, especially for those of us vacationing with smaller kids. Highly recommend!

Doctors orders was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our family, close walk to the beach and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Our host Bryan was so communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house and location

Excellent communication by property manager. House is comfortable and backyard has beautiful views. Beach access two blocks away right at the end of the road.

Amazing stay!

We could not have asked for a more perfect beach experience! This house is amazing, spacious, and was perfect for our group. It’s such an easy walk to the beach and close to everything so driving/Ubering anywhere was quick and easy. The elevator was super convenient for getting heavier items to each level instead of carrying them up the steps. We loved having our morning coffee on the dock, enjoying the marsh views and breeze. The beds were super comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you could need. We will absolutely be staying here again and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location and home! Back yard was on canal and we enjoyed crabbing. We were just a few minutes walk from the ocean with a beautiful beach. Minutes driving distance to restaurants, ice cream, shops on the island and a short drive to Southport. We had 6 adults and 1 eight month old..house was perfect with quiet space upstairs for baby naps. Beds were extremely comfy. Loved stand up showers, jetted bath tubs, open floor plans, big kitchen and outside decks and spaces. PERFECT in every way!!!

Big rooms and bathrooms. Lots of lounging areas to talk or watch TV. Great firepit area with a rack for cooking over the fire. Loved sitting on the back decks overlooking the marsh. Only negatives is the high cleaning fee paid when we had to tidy up, strip the beds, gather the towels, and wash, dry, and put up the dishes when most places just have you load and start the dishwasher. Could also use some pitchers for making tea and lemonade. Only had one flimsy one and it was cracked so you could only do half a pitcher and you hadvto hold it with 2 hands on the sides to keep it from cracking worse.

Excellent location and customer service!!

I can’t say enough about this house and the customer service that went along with it! Bryan was STELLAR!!! He even brought us his own personal stock pots so we could crab boil! I mean WHO DOES THAT??? And at a rental house?? The house is located in one of the quietest spots on the island in my opinion! House is spacious, stocked well and everything is well taken care of! House is comfortably cold!!! The neighbors were very gracious and the fishing was FANTASTIC!! But most importantly to US, all the needs were EXTREMELY comfortable! No “shut down second hand hotel mattresses” in this house!!! Temperpedic all the way! Rent “Doctors Orders” and you will be thoroughly satisfied! WE’LL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!
