The beautiful bright apartment 'Villa Roberta' (180m2) is very spacious. The large windows extend across the entire front of the living and dining room and offer fantastic views of the sea and the bay of Sestri Levante.
On the ground floor you find the living and dining room. The comfortable fully equipped kitchen looks onto the garden and the sea. In addition there is a small shower room with toilet. The upper floor has a large master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom also with double bed and access to the second large terrace. The third bedroom has bunk beds and leads to a small terrace. Also on the upper floor there is the second bathroom, with bathtub.
The apartment is not a typical holiday apartment, but was a family home that has been kept with love and care over the years by its’ owner, who live in and independent flat in the same house on the lower level. They appreciate guests who respect the calm atmosphere and respect the house and its’ content.
The apartment is ideal for guests who wish to relax in beautiful surroundings.
The terrace on the ground floor provides ample space for dining and relaxing whilst enjoying a stunning view of the sea and the picturesque bay.

Nice dolce vita apartment

A large aparment with a superb view on Sestri Levante's bay. Plus: great view, large apartment, nice terrace, wel equipped, various rooms Minus: the train station is in the centre in front of the house. It prevents sleeping with the window open. The other minus is the large number and steps to climb to go to the apartment. It caused us not to go out as often as we would normally do. The steps are doable but can lead to some sweating in the heat.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer! Große und helle Räume waren Bestandteil der von uns gebuchten Wohnung, die sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt. Zwei Badezimmer (auf jeder Etage eines), drei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer plus Küche - all das bietet die saubere Wohnung. Von den in beiden Etagen vorhandenen Balkonen hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf Meer, Berge und Stadt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Parken kann man sein Auto am Ende einer kleinen Privatstraße (ein Parkplatz dort gehört zur Wohnung), von wo aus man ca. 180 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen hat. So bleibt man fit! Meer und Strände erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, den Ortskern in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Check in und check out haben problemlos funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit Verantwortlichen verlief reibungslos. Unterhalb der Wohnung führen Bahnschienen entlang, die auch gut genutzt werden. Man hört die Züge zwar, uns haben sie aber nicht gestört. Selbst die mitreisende Person mit Schlafproblemen hatte hier nichts zu beanstanden. Kurz: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das große Asset der Wohnung sind die wirklich beeindruckende Sicht und die sehr großzügige aufgeteilte und angenehme Räume, sowohl in Erdgeschoss als auch im ersten Geschoss. Ansonsten das Haus kann eine Renovierung vertragen.

C'est la maison de mes rêves ! Spacieuse, une vue imprenable, des terrasses sur les deux niveaux desservant les pièces à vivre et les chambres. La chambre parentale sublime. On s'y sent tellement bien qu'on n'a plus envie d'en sortir...Certes il faut grimper les 190 marches pour y arriver mais le paradis ça se mérite ! Je recommande vivement cette location (biens sûr aux personnes valides). La gare n'est qu' à 10 minutes à pied, idéal pour aller visiter les Cinque Terre.

Schöne Frühlingstage mit Meerblick

Insgesamt eine toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Roberta und Sestri Levante. Die Villa aus den 70er? Jahren ist noch gut erhalten und ein toller Zeitzeuge. Sehr schön. Angenehm großzügig, ringsum viel Grün mit viel Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. Die Umgebung hat auch ausserhalb der Badesaison einiges zu bieten. Der Kontakt zur Unterkunftsmanagerin war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Das Einchecken lief reibungslos und unkompliziert.Man könnte in der Beschreibung deutlicher darauf hinweisen, dass doch einige Stufen (knapp 180) vom Parkplatz bis zur Villa zu erklimmen sind. Insgesamt bietet die Villa eine wunderbaren Rahmen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Wohnung mit einzigartiger Aussicht

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Sestri Levante. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend , extrem nett und völlig problemlos. Definitiv das Highlight ist allerdings die Wohnung. Aufgrund der großen Glasfronten hat man von überall einen traumhaft schönen Blick auf das Meer und Sestri Levante. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, großzügige Unterkunft. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse und aus allen Räumen ist einmalig.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Einrichtung hat Charme. Die Kommunikation und Kontakt vor Ort tadellos.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Unser Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht: Wir haben die Ausflüge mit dem Zug unternommen. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich einmalig und fast schon Urlaub genug.

Traumhafte Aussicht jedoch eher lärmig

Pluspunkte: Die Villa ist wunderschön, die Gastgeberin sehr nett und hat uns mit leckerem Obst überrascht, die Aussicht fantastisch, alles war gemütlich und sauber. Die Treppen haben uns nichts ausgemacht, Kind 7 Jahre problemlos gelaufen und war ein willkommener Sport! Minuspunkte: wer eine ruhige Lage sucht oder Schlaf Probleme hat, sollte lieber vorsichtig sein. Es wird nie ruhig. Es fahren laute Züge rund um die Uhr in der Nähe und ab dem Sonnenaufgang gibt es zusätzlich laute Grillen auf dem Baum.

Traumwohnung in fantastischer Lage

Wir hatten das Glück, Ende Oktober Woche die letzten sommerlichen Tage in Sestri Levantes schönster Panorama Lage genießen zu dürfen. Tolle Architektur, großzügige Zimmer, fantastische Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse: das alles machte den sportlichen Treppenanstieg wieder mehr als wett.

Viel Raum mit Aussicht

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gute Starthilfe im Haus. Salz, Pfeffer, Oel und Kaffee (man braut Filterkaffee, benötigt dazu aber keine Papierfilter; oder man benutzt den kleinen Bialetti) waren noch vorhanden und sogar ein Prosecco wartete im Kühlschrank. Grosszügiger Balkon vor ausgezeichneter Architektur. Tolle Aussicht suf Sestri. Gemütliche Einrichtung eines ehemaligen Regattaskippers. Grosszügige Küche mit allem, was nötig ist. Schlafzimmer und Bad im oberen Stock komfortabel und zwei davon mit Balkon und Aussicht. Autofrei wohnen und ruhig schlafen. Treppenaufstieg bis zum Haus ist problemlos zu bewältigen. Schwere Koffer sind eher problematisch. Wir reisten per Bahn mit Hybridgepäck, das auch als Rucksack tragbar ist. Schnelle Einkäufe sind in Bahnhofnähe im kleinen Supermarkt oder in der Focacceria möglich. Bis zum Meer gingen wir knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Bis zur Altstadt ca. 20 Minuten. Idealer Ort für gemütliche Ferien. Roberta Petracci hat uns liebevoll verabschiedet. Sie wohnt diskret im Parterre.

Wenn man den mühevollen Aufstieg geschafft hat, wird man von einem großartigen Ausblick belohnt! Man muss fit sein für die Wohnung und darf nicht zu empfindlich auf die nächtlichen Züge reagieren, dann ist es fantastisch!

Villa mit Charakter

Wir hatten Ausschau nach einer Wohnung dieser Art und Größe an der Riviera zwischen Genua und La Spezia gehalten und sind dabei auf diese fantastische Villa in Sestri Levante gestoßen. Im Parterre wohnt die Vermieterin, eine sehr nette und unaufdringliche Dame. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gediegen, gut aufeinander abgestimmt und wirkt doch auch sehr privat. Architektonisch großzügig gelöst, haben trotzdem alles Gäste ihren Platz (Wir waren als Familie zu sechst). Auf den Fotos der Katalogbeschreibung ist das auch alles gut zu sehen. Der (mehrmals) tägliche Aufstieg ist anstrengend, war aber auch so zu erwarten. Man gewöhnt sich daran, ein wenig jedenfalls. Wir haben viel gekocht dort, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Außerdem kommt ein wirklich gutes Leitungswasser aus dem Hahn, dass man sich zumindest das Geschleppe von Mineralwasserflaschen getrost sparen kann. Der Panoramablick aus den Fenstern oder von den Terrassen ist erwartungsgemäß fantastisch schön. Ruhig ist es, bis auf gelegentlich vorbeifahrende Güter- oder Schnellzüge, die Bahnlinie liegt in Luftlinie ca. 250 Meter entfernt. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz hat viel Gefälle, aber ist ein "Muss", wenn man mit dem Auto anreisen sollte. Mit dem Auto sind wir vor Ort eh' nur zum Großeinkauf gefahren. Ansonsten haben wir alle Tagesausflüge mit der Eisenbahn gemacht. Der Bahnhof liegt fußläufig keine Viertelstunde entfernt. Summa summarum eine großartige Unterkunft, zu einem sehr fairen Mietpreis.

Tolle Lage und schöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Zugang zu dem Haus ist etwas beschwerlich über eine ziemlich steile Treppe. Die Belohnung für den Aufstieg ist eine spektakuläre Aussicht über Sestri Levante und aufs Meer. Eine schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz und einer tollen grossen Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

180 STEPS - be aware

This property is right for some people and definitely wrong for others. Unfortunately, it was wrong for us. There are 180 steep steps to reach the house from the parking space. There is no other way up. I believe it would be most honest to warn people of this in the listing, which is the point at which people will be making the decision, but the listing makes no mention of it. After we arrived and discovered this issue, when I asked about it, the property manager told me I had been informed in an email. Sure enough, she had mentioned it in an email, but it was buried at the bottom of a very long email, most of which was unimportant duplicative information. I take responsibility for missing this crucial fact, but I do think it would be more honest to state it up front in the listing itself. The house is very nice, classic Italian mid-century design, mostly well-maintained. The view is spectacular. Although there are other houses on the same hillside, it's mostly woodland, and mosquitos are an issue. If the steps don't bother you, and if you're not the first person that the mosquitos go for, then this is a nice place to stay.

Traumhafter Blick, PKW Stellplatz problematisch

Viel Platz im Haus, sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht, Vermietererin ist immer erreichbar, Heizung lässt sich nur über die Vermieterin steuern und kostet extra. Geschirr nur begrenzt vorhanden. Der Stellplatz liegt in Hanglage und ist damit nicht ganz einfach anzufahren. Das Umfeld ist toll, Stadt, Strand und Bahnhof sind schnell erreichbar.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung mit vielen Terrassen und das immer mit Meerblick. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen für jeden, der noch einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist. Ein wundervoller Ort und ein schönes Haus.
