Part of the house is old, the dovecote dates from the 17th century.
The kitchen and garage part were built in the 1980s, which gives the house both a certain charm and complete equipment to live pleasantly. The property is fully enclosed and not overlooked.You will fully enjoy the pool with Ozone treatment and heated to 24°c. A closed garage and adjoining the house allows to deposit bicycles or windsurfing boards,The habitable area is 84m² the seaside town of Châtelaillon is 7Km ,and, La Rochelle at 10km where you can get there by bus (station at 300m) or by train at 500m approximately, duration of the journey 8 minutes. Access to the island of Ré is 20minutes by the ring road located 4km.
Towels, sheets, tea towels, table towels are provided for 25 € per person.
Cleaning fee 70€ per stay
Animals 50€ per pet per stay
Package supplement electric recharges for vehicle , 25 € per week
All these services will be paid upon arrival.

Everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. Daniel is a great host and the house is equipped with absolutely everything you need to be comfortable. Cooking was easy and there was plenty of space for all four of us to enjoy. The pool and the garden is fabulous. We used the pool every day and played family games in the garden. Just lovely. The beds are a little hard but we put a couple of duvets underneath the sheets to help with this and it was fine. Travel into La Rochelle was so easy - 10 mins on the train! We loved that and visited 3 or 4 times during or stay. Would recommend.

Decouverte de la rochelle et ses environs

Un sejour tres agreable qui nous a permis de decouvrir la rochelle et ses environs. La piscine et le beau jardin nous ont permis de nous detendre apres de belles balades. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle et notre hote est tres sympathique, a l ecoute et de tres bons conseils.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous sommes venus une semaine en famille et avons passé de très belles vacances. La maison est très agréable et nous avons été agréablement surpris par rapport aux photos. La piscine est un véritable atout. Elle est bien située et malgré la proximité de la grand route, le bruit n'était pas trop dérangeant, Mr Belet est à l'écoute et est de très bons conseils.

Séjour agréable

La maison est très bien et est bien située (proche La Rochelle). Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Seuls petits bémols : Maison situé en bordure d'une départemental un peu bruyante le matin et il manquait un barbecue pour que se soit plus sympa !

Effectivement la Départementale est actuellement bruyante du fait de travaux mal terminés fin Juin 2021. Je suis en contact avec la mairie pour que la chaussée soit refaite, car elle a été mal réparée suite à travaux. La route sera normalement refaite entièrement avant l'été prochain. Un barbecue sera mis à disposition pour la prochaine saison. A ce jour (Juin 2022), il n'y a plus de travaux et la chaussée a été refaite. Il y a maintenant un barbecue Weber à disposition.

Maison spacieuse bien située

Maison bien située et spacieuse avec un joli jardin notre chat a adoré et bien située pour aller à La Rochelle à l’île de re et d oleron! Hôte gentil et disponible si besoin. Je recommande. Commerces proches et une boulangerie à la jarne excellente!

Maison charmante

Maison très accueillante avec tous les équipements (sauf le barbecue 😉) et propriétaire gentil et disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
