Other Things to Note:
• As your dedicated hosts, we're committed to ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. We're always just a message away, ready to assist with recommendations, answer questions, or address concerns.
• We remind our guests that our holiday home is located in the beautiful rural setting of Victoria, surrounded by nature's wonders. Here, you’ll find tall trees, rolling hills, and slippery rocks, making it a picturesque but wild environment.
• We encourage all guests to be mindful of the natural surroundings, including the local wildlife. Please take care when exploring the area, especially on uneven terrain, and always supervise children.
• If you are coming with your dog, please look after them at all times, especially when you are outside of the house as there is plenty of wildlife. Kindly clean as much as possible after your pet in order to avoid extra cleaning charges.
• Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities; however, guests stay at their own risk so, we appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this serene countryside!
• We provide a "starter set" with essential supplies to enhance your comfort and ensure a more enjoyable stay. These amenities include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toilet paper and a few other items. Please note that while these provisions are intended to prevent the need for last-minute trips to the grocery store, they may not be sufficient for the entire duration of extended stays. If you require additional supplies or mid-stay services, we can organise these for you for an added cost, please feel free to contact us.
• The cleaning fee covers post-check-out cleaning, linen hire (including washing and replacing bed sheets and towels), and replenishing basic consumables like toilet paper and soap. Due to the house's rural location, the cost of these services is higher, as they involve more time and resources.
• There is a fireplace onsite. We provide some firewood to get you started as soon as you check in, however, we recommend our guests to bring their own firewood if they intend to use the fireplace for extended periods.
