Property was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Good space, close to everything you need and the hosts were fantastic. The breakfast supplied was great and everyone really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

House was super clean, location to the beach was really good. The house stays nice and cool in the heat.Being a smaller place, the neighbors are very close and loud music was occasionally an issue during our stay. That was the main reason for the 4 stars unfortunately, not a fault of the house itself or the owners.

We are local to South Australia based on the Fluerieu Peninsula and own a business in Adelaide. We became hosts because as a family of four we know how difficult it can be to find appropriate accommodation that also provides breakfast daily.

Why they chose this property

Seaford Meadows while well established is quiet and a short distance from the beach and centrally located between Adelaide, Southern Wine Region and Fleurieu Peninsula. Great local eateries from Rubrents Cafe to Winters Burgers to Pizza Club all nearby. Seaford, Port Noarlunga South and Moana Beaches are within 5-10 minutes of Orange Meadows. McLaren Vale is just 15 minutes away where you will find the home of Menz Fruchocs. Red Cacao and Haighs both boasting best chocolate in South Australia are within 45 minutes. Adelaide CBD is 45 minutes by car. Train station is within 5 minute walk.
