We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sheila and Tom's. The condo is beautiful, well-equipped, and cozy/comfortable. Shops, restaurants, and Gooch Beach are walking distance from the condo which was a bonus. We hope to visit again!

We have stayed at this property many times and find it to be perfect place to settle for our yearly visits to Kennebunkport. Super comfortable, peaceful, always very clean, lots of natural light and views. Easy walk to town and all the great restaurants and shops. Our favorites Morning's in Paris for breakfast and Allisons or Hurricanes for dinner.

The condo was just like the photos—very clean, cozy, updated, and the location cannot be beat. A very short walk (a couple of blocks) to all downtown Kennebunkport has to offer and a tranquil setting on a protected inlet. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The property was exquisite on every level. It was private, quiet, comfortable, clean, and so close to a breakfast cafe’ and a lovely little grocery/cafe’ as well as Dock Square. Sheila recommended some restaurants that are her personal favorites which we really enjoyed. We loved sitting on the private covered porch/patio overlooking the Kennebunk River, enjoying snacks and libations, and admiring the beautiful view and fall colors each afternoon after a full day of activities. We hope to return sooner than later as Sheila’s property is a jewel!

Sheila’s condo is lovely, right on the Kennebunk River, and a five minute walk into the center of Kennebunkport. . And despite the closeness to town, the condo feels very idyllic, with a beautiful view of the river from the balcony. The apartment is very well equipped with all kitchen needs, and ample parking is available.

The property was all we expected and we loved it and its location. Communications with the hosts was excellent as well. And we do have other experiences with rentals which were not up to par. So we would consider using this property again when we want to be in that area of Maine. Five star all the way!,

Sheila and Tom are amazing Hosts and their condo is stunning! Perfectly situated near Dock Square and Gooch's Beach, it provides everything we need for a relaxing week away. For those to take "work-cations", there is a cute office table by a window that provides perfect space for those required conference calls!

This was our 3rd year staying at Sheila and Tom's lovely condo. The condo is clean, well appointed, comfortable and the location is perfect. The deck is amazing for morning coffee and evening cocktails and it's just a 5 minute walk to all the best restaurants in Kennebunkport. The beach pass saved us a bunch of money paying for parking (thank you! What a great perk) Whenever we needed anything, Sheila and Tom were very responsive and helped us quickly! We'll definitely be back!

Lovely views and walkable to just about everything in Kennebunkport! Beautiful deck and very comfortable for 4 people. We like to cook and the kitchen is well stocked for just about anything you may need. Hosts are very responsive and friendly, we will surely return

Everything was as described and even closer to downtown than we realized! An easy quick walk to Mornings in Paris for breakfast. We also walked to the Franciscan Monestary to do the trails and then down to Gooch Beach. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 3.
