Safety - not one day did I feel the yard was safe - the auti gate never shut properly, so my dog could have walked thru it anytime, the frint gate was open all the time, the back gate was secured onky at the end of my stayNoisy - woken more than once by garbage collection from businesses along esplanade, loud cars, music from numerous flats around houseToilets way too lowTV did not work consistently, lost access ro Foxtel, which is a promise in your ad
