Great place close to Spark Arena with secure parking. Very quick responses from host. Kitchen supplies are basic, especially for 6 people staying. Overall, a great stay. Hob-extractor fan needs to be checked.

This is a very convenient property adjacent to the Railway Station. The kitchen is well equipped, the living area has sofas, TV and even a box of toys for little kids.The beds are comfortable for even a bad back. The washer/dryer was very helpful given the wet weather in Auckland.Navigation from the garage to the room involves passing through multiple doors controlled by fob entry, which is a nuisance with pieces of luggage. The elevator is a great blessing, with luggage.The garage entry is a bit daunting with large and tall vehicles. The height limit of 1.95m must be kept in mind when renting a car. The parking space was barely enough for our Kia CARNIVAL and we could only park it in the designated spot due to some spots being open at that time. A sedan would have parked just fine.Although many of the stern warnings from the host about Don’ts made us anxious, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property heartily.
