PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in the "Kailoha" building. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.
Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.
The apartment has secure ground floor parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit. There is additional street parking, but this can be quite busy.
The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
All bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. You will be struck by the space and stylish charm throughout. The lounge is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans above both beds.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats four. There is a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean views and cooling breezes.
When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 100 metres (2 minute walk) to Caloundra CBD
- 500 metres (5 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 750 metres (10 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
