This was a very nice condo, after reading reviews we were nervous out the elevator situation, but it was not a problem never waited more than 5 mins total for one and that was rare we waited that long. The view was amazing!
The View from the balcony was beautiful The decor was cute. The King size bed was very comfortable. Had slight issue with the TV’s but just checked all cables and reconnected them. Problem solved Sink and bathtub stopped up in the guest bath but maintenance was quick to unstop it.It said not to adjust the temp on the refrigerator so everything froze. The skillet has seen its better day. There were rough spots that need paint touch up. Only had 4 washcloths for 5 adults and two All the staff at the Tide Water was great. Beautiful weather. Not too crowded.
We enjoyed this condo. Everything was great. I felt like being on an upper floor helped with the elevator situation but peak check in days you can always expect delays. We ended up adding an extra night so we could catch the air show. I would recommend this condo to friends.
The place was beautiful and very clean. We had a couple of minor issues, but Jose responded quickly and sent someone right away to fix them. The only downside was the elevators—not the host’s fault at all—but since the unit is on the 26th floor, wait times can be long. Hopefully that gets improved before we return. Overall, it was a beautiful place with an amazing view!
Overall the place looks exactly the pictures. That's great. But keep in mind that this is on the 26th floor and I totally miss that and that was my fault. The elevators were the worst part. It would literally take 15 minutes to wait for an elevator and they were so hot and muggy in there. The other thing is on our second day the fire alarm was pulled. We were escorted from the pool. However, my mother that was on the 26th floor heard no alarms so I called her to walk down the stairs. Only when the fire firefighter said somebody pulled the alarm by accident. Security was a joke it was not organised as far as an exit plan for The alarm going off or if there it was an actual fire. Check-in was okay. I would probably have the front desk. Maybe be a little bit more friendly. She just looked like she did not want to be here and assist. Other than those few things, the place was beautiful. I love the stores at the bottom, it was great. I would probably fix a few things for sure. That's why my ratings are a 2. Not so much with the location or anything like that. It's just more maintenance, security and of course the elevator..

This was my husband and I Anniversary trip, the check in and elevators was awful, the room was Excellent, the patio funiture needs to be updated and more skillets needed to cook with, the water was turned off in the middle of me cooking dinner, no one emailed or text saying we will not be having water for a while or they are working on it..nothing, I called the front desk and they did not know anything being off, the details did not say we had to check in at the crosswalk. I will not be back.
