The bedrooms are all roomy and feature 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Enjoy the serene surroundings and lovely amenities such as a hot tub, chefs kitchen with commercial grade appliances and of course WiFi. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, hair dryers and heated floors your stay will be as convenient as it is adorable. Barn board is a feature throughout the cottage and adds warmth and character. There are 2 fireplaces, a large dining area and breath taking lake views on 3 sides of the cottage. Experience what the Kawartha region has to offer with a stay the Paper-Birch Cottage.
The exterior boasts 600 feet of water frontage on a point. A key year round feature is our Beach Comber hot tub nestled amongst pine trees.
The dock is 450 square feet with south/west exposure. Multiple seating areas ensures you can find sun and shade when you want it. We provide 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. For the grill master there is a large Weber BBQ connected to the main propane tanks to ensure you never run out of propane. The gentle sloping landscape is ideal for children and the elderly.
